Please use our worksheet to compile necessary information for your Fuel Injector Component repairs.

Important: E-Tec injectors are programmed to the ECM for placement on a individual cylinder of an individual engine. Before removal, use this work sheet to assure the injectors are returned to their original cylinders.

 This worksheet also includes a few tests you can do to help determine if you are ready for the injectors to be tested and cleaned.

E-Tec – Do Not Remove from Injector housing or nozzle, Do not send the bolts.

To ensure proper replacement of components, please leave o-rings and spacers on the injector.

Dry each injector and then place it in individual plastic bags. Mark each bag with the cylinder it came from. Placing the injectors in a plastic bag will also prevent gasoline odors coming from your parcel.

Return shipping for your Fuel Injectors

When you place your order you have the option of USPS priority return shipping which is 3 to 4 business days to most locations or if you need quicker shipping you can select USPS Express for $22.80. Express will get it there the next day or 2nd day depending on location and what time of day we are able to mail it.

Return Shipping Insurance

All Boxes leaving Cobra Fuel injection have a $100 dollar shipping Insurance on each box and a tracking number when shipped by UPS or Fed Ex…..We always suggest that you purchase the value of the “Contents” in insurance at checkout.

Cobra Fuel Injection will not be responsible for any shipments above the insured value the customer has placed on the box and it’s contents.
